Ryan Leadbetter comes from a long line of building professionals, including contractors, developers, and realtors.  From an early age he was always fascinated with how things work and function.  Starting with building childhood forts and playhouses, to drawing scale models, it was only natural for Ryan to carry on this legacy. (There may have been a few childhood toys that were taken apart and not put back together!)

 

Having spent his childhood growing up in the Santa Maria Valley, Ryan began working at an early age.  Drawn toward the construction industry, he began his working career apprenticing with local carpenters and contractors after school and on the weekends.  Gaining a knack for technique, he quickly immersed himself with other trades and added important skills and experience as fast as possible.

 

Graduating from California State University, Chico

with a bachelor's degree in financial management,

education has always been important in Ryan's life.

Whether it has been pouring over trade journals,

code books, and industry periodicals or on a per-

sonal level, enjoying good novels, hobby-related

magazines, or listening to a good story, this thirst

for knowledge never relents.

 

Outside of work, Ryan is a big fan of nature.  An

avid surfer and beachgoer, many early mornings

and weekends are spent in the mighty Pacific Ocean

practicing what he loves.  From the cliffs of Shell Beach, the majestic oaks and

sycamores dotting the hills, and the Seven Sisters peaks, it is easy to get swept up

in the natural beauty that surrounds all of the Central Coast.  Ryan also enjoys

restoring classic cars.  Ask him about one of his projects and you will surely

embark upon a lengthy conversation.

 

Ryan has honed his craft over the past 15 years being involved with count-

less projects ranging throughout the Central Coast, varying in scope from

simple window/door replacements to constructing new custom homes, and

everything in between.  Having an extensive background in remodeling and

the associated problem-solving that comes with that, you can rest assured

that if technical problems arise, Leadbetter Construction has the exper-

tise to finish the job, both on time and on budget.
